Meet Dexter
Dexter is the Worker who has already cleared the counter before you find the recipe. Warm cherry blocks cover his generous 22 × 14 × 2 inch end grain surface, leaving an uninterrupted workspace for vegetables, herbs, and dinner's next good idea. At 14 lbs. 12 oz., he has a reassuring presence and cup handles for the move to the table. There is no tray or juice groove to organize around. Give him a regular job in a busy kitchen and he will quietly become the board you reach for first.
