Meet Hazel
Hazel brings the warm glow of cherry to a kitchen built for gathering. Her 23 × 16 × 2 inch end grain surface gives a cook plenty of carving room, with a sloping juice groove leading toward a broad rectangular opening and one small stainless tray. Varied cherry blocks and a family tattoo make her face unmistakably her own. She weighs 14 lbs. 11 oz. and has cup handles for the move from island to table. Hazel is a generous Giant who would gladly take charge of the Sunday roast while the rest of the kitchen debates who gets the last potato.
