Meet Maisie
Maisie makes a warm first impression and then gets right to work. Her cherry end grain glows across a 19 × 12 × 2 inch surface, with a sloping juice groove leading toward a broad rectangular opening and one small stainless tray. At 9 lbs. 0 oz., this Puppy has a comfortable, useful presence, while cup handles help with the move to the table. Her family tattoo sits along the edge like a little introduction. Maisie would love a forever kitchen where roast dinners happen on ordinary evenings too, and the cook appreciates having a sensible place for the carving juices.
