Meet Marigold
Marigold is an 18 lbs. 8 oz. cherry Giant who believes no one should have to prep dinner in shifts. A 25 × 16 inch field of end grain gives cooks room to work, and the uniform groove earns its place when the carving begins. She is warm, sturdy, and delighted when the guests drift into the kitchen before the meal is ready.
