Meet Radar
Radar has the kind of oversized cup handles that make him look permanently alert. His bright maple end grain and sturdy two-inch build mean he is ready for a real evening of chopping, even if his personality suggests he heard the treat bag open from the next room. A clean, uninterrupted surface gives vegetables, herbs, and a good knife the space they deserve.
