Meet Roscoe
Roscoe is a commanding walnut Giant with room to carve, chop, and serve. His sloping juice groove leads toward a small stainless tray beneath an oval opening, helping keep the action where it belongs. At 25 × 15½ × 2 inches, he is built for the big ribeye—and just as ready for a mountain of vegetables. Give him counter space and a good meal; he will take it from there.
