Meet Roxie
Roxie is a 25 × 16 × 2 inch cherry Giant with a kitchen plan of her own. Her carving side has a sloping juice groove that leads toward one stainless tray. Across the divide, a second opening serves another tray for vegetables or other prepped ingredients. The two work zones make this one of the most versatile and visually unusual boards in our kennel. Even her Misfit Boards tattoo sits off to the side. Give her a generous counter and a cook who appreciates a one-of-one problem solver.
