Meet Scout
Scout combines walnut, maple, and cherry in an irregular pattern that refuses to stand in line. His rectangular opening leads to a small stainless tray—a handy landing spot for chopped herbs, vegetable trimmings, or whatever your recipe needs close at hand. At 18 × 12 × 2 inches, he is a capable prep companion with plenty of personality. The mixed pattern is the point: there is only one Scout.
